Horseshoe at Hub RTP, a mixed-use development in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina, will soon welcome Genesys as its first office tenant. The global leader in AI-powered experience orchestration has leased 26,393 square feet of Class A office space and plans to move in later this year.

Erik Johnson, co-founder of White Point, the developer of Horseshoe, expressed enthusiasm about the new tenant: “We are extremely pleased to welcome Genesys to Horseshoe. The company’s goal of finding a vibrant and innovative space that prioritizes sustainability for its office made Horseshoe an ideal location.”

Karen Lalli, VP of Global Facilities and Real Estate at Genesys, also commented on the move: “We look forward to seeing our teams thrive at Horseshoe. Horseshoe’s LEED certification and Hub RTP’s focus on connectivity to the outdoors are very attractive to us as an organization seeking high-quality and sustainable spaces for our employees to grow and succeed. Our team is excited to take advantage of our space within Horseshoe, including all of the retail amenities and recreational experiences available just outside of our office.”

Genesys will relocate from their current Durham office once construction completes this fall. Their new fifth-floor space will include flexible workspaces, dedicated offices, collaborative areas, a video production suite, cafe, lounge areas, and part of an outdoor terrace. IA Interior Architects is handling design while Choate Construction manages the buildout. Cushman Wakefield represented Genesys in the lease negotiations with JLL representing Horseshoe.

Other tenants at Horseshoe include Prime STQ by James Beard Award semifinalist Christopher Prieto; Cheeni Restaurant; Nanny Goat boutique bodega by three-time James Beard Award semifinalist Preeti Waas; and Drift Coffee & Kitchen. More announcements are expected soon.
