Raleigh has been identified as the third fastest-growing city in the United States for construction, according to a recent report by CoreLogic. The study analyzed more than five key indicators of regional growth activity across 20 major cities. These factors included land acquisitions, building permits, and new property sales.

The city demonstrated a notable population growth of 5.12% in 2024, indicating its robust development. Additionally, Raleigh showed one of the highest rates of new construction with a 4.8% increase in new builds.

The findings highlight Raleigh's significant progress in urban development and its potential for future expansion.
