Couch to 5K kicks off Feb. 22 and runs for 9 weeks to help get you in better running shape and reach your running goals!
Open to everyone 12 years and older.

Buffalo Road Athletic Park Track, 5812 Buffaloe Rd., Raleigh
6 - 7 p.m.
** On the first day, please arrive 25 minutes early to complete registration paperwork.**
