Friday, January 13th | 6:30 pm- Black Authors & Black Artist Exhibit at the Halle Cultural Arts Center- Apex Student Oratorical Contest
Saturday, January 14th | MLK Unity March - Prayer Rally - Youth Summit- Gather for March at Apex First Baptist Church at 8:00 am- March begins at Apex First Baptist Church at 9:00 am. March ends at Apex Town Hall with a brief outdoor program- Youth Summit immediately following at the Apex Senior Center
Sunday, January 15th | 11:00 am- Social Justice Sunday at Apex First Baptist Church
Monday, January 16th | National Day of Service- Details coming soon!
Activities will be available for all ages and abilities.
Activities are led by community organizer Tayon Dancy and planned in partnership with the Town of Apex, Apex First Baptist Church, Apex Baptist Church, Phi Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., and Xi Mu Mu Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.
