Town of Rolesville issued the following announcement on Apr. 6.

The applicant for the 414 South Main Street (former Pine Glo site) rezoning case, Optimal Development LLC, is holding a neighborhood meeting on Monday, April 11, 2022. The rezoning request is to change the zoning from General Industrial to General Commercial. Meeting details are as follows:

Location: 1021 Forestville Road, Wake Forest, NC 27587

Property owners within two hundred feet of the subject property have been mailed invitations to the meeting. Anyone interested in the rezoning case is welcome to attend.
