Holly Springs Parks and Recreation issued the following announcement on Feb. 22.
Effective Tuesday, March 1, professional photographers and videographers will need to obtain a permit to work within Holly Springs parks and facilities. Permits are $100 per year and can be obtained online or at W.E. Hunt Recreation Center and Bass Lake Park. When issued a permit, professional photographers and videographers will be given a physical ID tag for proof of permit.
