Rolesville Parks & Recreation issued the following announcement on Feb. 24.
Celebrate Arbor Day with us! Come learn about the history of Arbor Day, do a fun craft with the kids, and take home a free Red Maple (Acer rubrum) sapling to plant in your yard! Limited supply available. The Community Gardens of Rolesville will have a table to give out information on how to plant and take care of trees and gardens.
The saplings this year have been donated by Taylors Nursery!
