NC S.A.F.E. Campaign partners with NC National Guard for firearm safety initiative

Members of the media are invited to a press conference scheduled for Tuesday, March 18 at the North Carolina National Guard Joint Force Headquarters in Raleigh. The event will highlight a new collaboration between the NC S.A.F.E. (Secure All Firearms Effectively) Campaign and the North Carolina National Guard’s Integrated Primary Prevention unit.

The NC S.A.F.E. Campaign has donated 10,000 gun locks to the NC National Guard. These locks will be distributed to soldiers and airmen throughout the state with the aim of preventing self-harm and ensuring the safety of families belonging to North Carolina’s citizen soldiers.
