The North Carolina Football Club has announced a new partnership with Jump, the unified fan experience platform designed for professional sports teams. This collaboration makes the North Carolina Courage and North Carolina FC the first direct-to-consumer professional sports teams.
The club will use Jump as its fan engagement system, which encompasses ticketing, sales, a team mobile app, and tools to personalize fan experiences both inside and outside the stadium. Fans will have a single account to purchase tickets, merchandise, or food on game days without any fees or surcharges.
Ralph Vuono, COO of North Carolina Football Club, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership: “Innovation is in our organization’s DNA and something we strive for when thinking about our relationship with our fans,” he said. Vuono emphasized that partnering with Jump would empower them to enhance their fans' experience by providing direct access to tickets and other team products.
Jump's software allows for flexibility needed by dynamic sports organizations and eliminates ticketing fees. The platform was developed in collaboration with executives from over 70 professional sports teams across major leagues.
Jordy Leiser, CEO and co-founder of Jump, commented on this development: “We’re thrilled to partner with the North Carolina Football Club as Jump’s first professional sports team partner.” He added that this partnership signifies a new era where teams engage directly with their fans.

North Carolina Courage has been competing since 2017 in the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) and is recognized as one of the most successful clubs in NWSL history. Meanwhile, North Carolina FC was established in 2006 and currently plays in the USL Championship.
Jump was founded in 2021 by Marc Lore, Alex Rodriguez, and Jordy Leiser. It aims to provide sports teams with opportunities for more personalized fan experiences through its purpose-built vertical software.
