Town of Rolesville issued the following announcement on Oct. 17.
KDM Development, developer of Cobblestone Village, and the Town of Rolesville are very pleased to announce that the parties have agreed to the immediate release of Cobblestone Village’s Permits. The Town and KDM will move to further discussions and mediation on the Town’s Municipal Building Lease while the private portion of the project is allowed to continue forth in its construction.
The Town is excited and supportive of the forward progress of this new Downtown locale for its residents, and KDM is appreciative of the Town’s continued support and willingness to work with KDM throughout the creation of Cobblestone. Both parties look forward to a successful development and expect to see the first buildings come online in 2023.
Both parties believe we are heading in a positive direction to ensure Cobblestone Village is a successful development that aligns with the Town’s vision for Main Street and the continued positive expansion and development of Rolesville’s Downtown.
