Town of Rolesville issued the following announcement on Feb. 13.
The applicant, KDM Development Corporation, for the Scarboro Property rezoning case (MA 21-03) is hosting a virtual neighborhood meeting on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 from 6:30 - 7:30 PM. There are two ways to access the meeting:
1. Access the virtual meeting via Zoom. If you do not already have the necessary software installed on your home computing device, you may find it here: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/81893947485
2. A toll-free conference call. Simply dial 1-646-558-8656 or 1-301-715-8592 about five (5) minutes prior to the aforementioned date and time.

Neighborhood meetings are required by the Town of Rolesville's Land Development Ordinance (LDO) and must take place prior to a rezoning case being presented to the Planning Board for their review and recommendation. Following the Planning Board meeting, the rezoning case will be scheduled for a public hearing at a future Town Board of Commissioners meeting. No dates have been set yet for the Planning Board or Town Board meetings for the Scarboro Property rezoning case.
