TOWN OF APEX: COVID-19 Update on Town Operations

Maskcloth

Town of Apex issued the following announcement on Jul. 30.

Following CDC and State guidelines, the Town of Apex is making a change to help stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Effective August 2nd, face coverings will be required indoors at all Town facilities for both our employees and the public, regardless of vaccination status.

Town facilities include Town Hall, John M. Brown Community Center, the Halle Cultural Arts Center, Public Works facilities, Public Safety stations, and The Depot.

Anyone who enters a town facility can bring a mask or have one provided to them.

The town will continue to operate our programs as safely as possible, within the guidance provided by health officials. The 3 W's are still encouraged to protect yourself and others from the spread of COVID - Wash your hands, Wear a mask, and Wait six feet apart.

We encourage you to continue conducting business with the town online or by phone whenever possible. Town staff has made adjustments to many processes, creating greater access than ever to serving you remotely. Learn more at www.apexnc.org/COVID
