Town of Apex issued the following announcement on Jul. 16.
It's National Parks and Recreation Month! Celebrate with us and enjoy a night of fun at Apex Nature Park (2600 Evans Rd). The event kicks off at 6pm where we will have the Taco Boy Chipotle and Kona Ice food trucks on site with food and refreshments for purchase. Bach To Rock will also be there playing some family friendly hits. There will be various "spy themed" activities for you and your kids to stay entertained before our movie begins at 8:30pm. You can also explore the park or participate in our July scavenger hunt. Kick back and relax at our outdoor amphitheater and enjoy the free screening of "Spies in Disguise." Spy costumes encouraged! We will also have free popcorn available during the movie.
Since all restrictions have been lifted, registration is not required for this event. Masks and social distancing are not required, but are encouraged at your discretion
