The University of North Carolina Board of Governors Committee on Budget and Finance will convene for a special meeting at 10 a.m. on Thursday, October 16, 2025. Following the adjournment of this committee, the full UNC Board of Governors is scheduled to meet in special session fifteen minutes later.
