The University of North Carolina Board of Governors is scheduled to hold its regular session at 10 a.m. on Thursday, November 20, 2025. The meeting will take place in the Board Room on the 17th floor at 223 S. West Street, Suite 1800, Raleigh, NC.

In addition to the main session, six committee meetings are planned for Wednesday, November 19, 2024. The full schedule for these meetings can be found on the UNC System’s website.

The format for the November meetings has been updated. When two committee meetings are held consecutively in the same room, the second meeting will begin fifteen minutes after the first one ends.

Some parts of the meetings will be available online with live audio and video streaming for public access. The livestream can be accessed here.

“If any technical difficulty with the video stream is encountered, the video will be disabled for members and the public, and the meetings will be conducted and streamed in audio format only,” according to an announcement from organizers. Some agenda items may also be discussed in closed session as allowed under Open Meetings Law.
