Toyota previews new concepts and brand directions at Japan Mobility Show

On October 29, 2025, the Toyota Group presented a range of new concepts and models at the 2025 Japan Mobility Show in Tokyo. The event highlighted future strategies for the company’s brands, including Toyota, Lexus, and Daihatsu.

The showcase included new product offerings and innovations designed to support the company’s goal of advancing mobility for all. Among the main features was Lexus’ “Discover” ecosystem and messaging. The group also announced that the Century nameplate would become a standalone brand. In addition to these developments, various vehicle mobility products from Toyota and Daihatsu were displayed.

According to a statement from the Toyota Group: “With highlights featuring Lexus’ ‘Discover’ ecosystem and messaging, the expansion of the Century nameplate into a standalone brand, and various other vehicle mobility products and vehicles from the likes of Toyota and Daihatsu, the Toyota Group continues to advance mobility for all and complement the lifestyles and aspirations they embody.”
