Toyota has secured its 14th NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series Manufacturers’ Championship, marking the third time in five seasons that the automaker has won this title. This achievement extends Toyota’s record as the most successful manufacturer in the history of the Truck Series.

During the 2025 season, Toyota drivers achieved 13 race wins and recorded 37 top-five and 58 top-10 finishes. They also captured a total of 25 stage wins throughout the year.

Paul Doleshal, general manager for sponsorships and motorsports at Toyota Motor North America, said, “The 2025 NASCAR Truck Series season has been a historic one for Toyota, culminating with our 14th Manufacturers’ Championship. We cannot thank our drivers, team partners and TRD personnel enough for their efforts and sacrifices in helping Toyota win this championship. It’s been a special year in the Truck Series, and we look forward to celebrating this tremendous feat.”

A significant contributor to this success was Corey Heim of TRICON Garage. In his third full-time campaign, Heim set a series record with 11 race victories so far this season. He also earned the highest number of Playoff points ever in a regular season (65) and had 21 stage wins on his way to winning the regular season championship. Heim will compete for the series title next weekend in Phoenix.

Stewart Friesen from Halmar-Friesen Racing returned to victory lane at Michigan International Speedway in June—his first win since 2022—while Gio Ruggiero claimed his first career Truck Series victory at Talladega Superspeedway in October. Kaden Honeycutt stepped in for an injured Friesen during part of the season and will join Heim in competing for a series title at Phoenix.

Toyota supports both TRICON Garage and Halmar-Friesen Racing teams within NASCAR’s Truck Series. Since entering the series in 2004, Toyota has amassed 247 wins and taken pole position on 188 occasions across more than five hundred races.

Toyota operates over fourteen manufacturing plants across North America—including its North Carolina facility which began producing automotive batteries for electrified vehicles starting in 2025—and employs nearly sixty-four thousand people who have contributed to designing and assembling close to forty-nine million cars and trucks.
