Town of Rolesville issued the following announcement on Jan. 4.

Two neighborhood meetings to learn more about rezoning cases are scheduled during the first week in January 2022.  Here are the details:

Rezoning Case MA 21-09 Wallbrook Property
Meeting Information: January 4, 2022, 7 – 8 PM, Village Church Rolesville, 410 Southtown Circle
Property Location: S. Main Street and Burlington Mills Road
Acreage: 19.94
Request: Change zoning from General Industrial Conditional District (GI-CZ) and Residential Low (RL) to General Commercial Conditional District (GC-CZ)

Rezoning Case MA 21-07 Town of Rolesville Public Works Facility
Meeting Information: January 6, 2022, 5 – 6 PM, Town of Rolesville Community Center, 514 Southtown Circle
Property Location: 805 E. Young Street
Acreage: 15.24
Request: Change zoning from Residential Low (RL) to Business, Industrial, and Technology (BT)
