Town of Garner issued the following announcement on Jan. 10.

The Garner MLK Celebration Committee has decided to not have an in-person event this year. Instead, the committee is working with the Town of Garner, NC Government to produce a video celebration that will premier on the Town’s YouTube channel (youtube.com/townofgarner) on Sunday, Jan. 16, at 4 p.m.
