Town of Cary issued the following announcement on Jan. 10.

 Beginning Wednesday, January 12, The Town of Cary is opening a new testing site at WakeMed Soccer Park in Cary. This site will be open Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. until the end of January. The tests will be PCR, with results typically available in 24-28 hours. Pre-registration will be required, but appointments are not. There are no out-of-pocket costs for testing at this site. The provider is asking for insurance information if you have it, but insurance is not necessary. For more information, visit Wake County’s website.
