Town of Apex issued the following announcement on Jan. 10.

The Apex Peakway Southwest Connector project completes a missing gap in the Peakway loop by constructing a bridge over South Salem Street and the CSX railroad tracks. This project is partially funded through the voter-approved 2021 Streets and Sidewalks Bond.
