Town of Angier issued the following announcement on Jan. 5.

We need your help to help others!

The Angier Police Department is one of the Drop-Off locations for the Harnett County KARES initiative to help people impacted by the recent natural disaster in the Kentucky Area.  Donations can be dropped off on Today between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or over the Weekend by appointment, email hkeefer@angier.org to set up an appointment.

– New and Unused Donations Suggestions –  Tarps ∙ Ropes ∙ Flashlights ∙ Blankets ∙ Diapers & Wipes ∙ Batteries ∙ Can Openers ∙ Cleaning Supplies ∙ First Aid Kits ∙ Extension Cords ∙ Socks ∙ Personal Hygiene Items ∙ Battery Packs ∙ Phone Chargers ∙ Feminine Products ∙ Gift Cards ∙ Dog/Cat Food ∙ Coats ∙ Warm Clothes ∙ Undergarments ∙ Gas Cans ∙ Work Gloves ∙ Non Perishable Foods ∙ Baby Formula ∙ Shovels/Rakes
