Town of Apex issued the following announcement on Nov. 27.
The Town of Apex is committed to delivering exceptional, customer-focused service in all we do.
To meet that goal, we’re currently working to develop town-wide customer service standards.
But first, we need to hear from you! A survey is now open to the public through December 20th at https://www.publicinput.com/f8336.
The survey will help us:
- Learn about your preferred methods for receiving customer service
- Determine current level of satisfaction when interacting with town employees
- Gain insight on what’s working, and what can be improved
