Town of Apex Police Department issued the following announcement on July 28.
APD has done it again! APD has won the 2022 Bone Suckin' Sauce Peak City Pig Fest rib eating contest against Town of Apex Fire Department.
This year’s victorious team consisted of Chief Armstrong, Captain Rosser, Corporal Boyd, Officer Dias, Officer Hotchkiss, Officer Myers and IT specialist Nick.
APD holds on to the trophy and the bragging rights for another year.
