Town of Rolesville issued the following announcement on Jul. 23.
The developer will hold a NEIGHBORHOOD MEETING on July 27, 2021 regarding SP21-03 101 & 115 Redford Place Drive. The meeting is being held to receive input from citizens regarding proposed building architectural changes to the original site plan approved by the Town Board on November 4, 2019.
