Raleigh home prices rise in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Raleigh rose by $40,500 while total sales increased by 29700%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 596 homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 19.3% increase over the $209,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Raleigh in September 2018.

The median sales tax in Raleigh for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,103, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for September 2019.
