Raleigh home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Raleigh rose by $35,250 while total sales increased by 23700%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 714 homes sold, with a median sale price of $267,250 - a 15.2% increase over the $232,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Raleigh in March 2018.

The median sales tax in Raleigh for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,103, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for March 2019.
