Wake Forest home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Wake Forest rose by $20,500 while total sales increased by 9.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 118 homes sold, with a median sale price of $335,000 - a 6.5% increase over the $314,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 108 homes sold in Wake Forest in July 2018.

The median sales tax in Wake Forest for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,515, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for July 2019.
