Wake Forest home prices fall in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Wake Forest fell by $7,500 while total sales decreased by 9.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 118 homes sold, with a median sale price of $300,000 - a 2.4% decrease over the $307,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 130 homes sold in Wake Forest in August 2018.

The median sales tax in Wake Forest for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,515, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for August 2019.
