Zebulon home prices fall in December 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2019 in Zebulon fell by $20,000 while total sales decreased by 46.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $167,000 - a 10.7% decrease over the $187,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Zebulon in December 2018.
