Southern Virginia falls to Methodist Monarchs, 8-6, as Brady Steelman pitches one inning

At Armstrong-Shelley Field on Friday, March 13, at 4 p.m., former Rolesville High School standout Brady Steelman and the Southern Virginia Knights were defeated 8-6 by the Methodist Monarchs during their NCAA Division III baseball meeting.

This marked the Knights’ first encounter with Methodist this season at Armstrong-Shelley Field.

Steelman threw one inning, giving up one earned run and issuing one walk.

The Knights are set to face the Methodist Monarchs again on Saturday, March 14, at 12 p.m. at Armstrong-Shelley Field.
