Red Hat announced support for its latest version, Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10, at the Red Hat Summit in Boston. This new version aims to provide a strong foundation for organizations dealing with skills challenges and inconsistencies while accelerating application development through container technologies.
Stefanie Chiras, Senior Vice President of Partner Ecosystem Success at Red Hat, emphasized the importance of their partner ecosystem: “Red Hat Enterprise Linux remains the backbone of hybrid cloud innovation, and our growing partner ecosystem continues to be the catalyst for maximizing the power of Linux across on-premises, cloud and edge environments.”
Raghu Nambiar from AMD highlighted their collaboration with Red Hat: “Our collaboration with Red Hat has been pivotal in pushing the boundaries of enterprise computing.” He noted that AMD’s hardware supports advanced capabilities of this new release.
Craig Connors from Cisco discussed how their technology integrates with Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10: “With image mode for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10 running on Cisco UCS X-Series managed through Cisco Intersight, customers can build a single trusted Red Hat Enterprise Linux image.”
Lauren Engebretson from HPE spoke about transforming data streams into action using certified servers: “HPE servers certified on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10 deliver the breakthrough solution—providing not just a reliable foundation but intelligent infrastructure.”
IBM’s Hillery Hunter mentioned their open platform approach supporting this new release: “IBM Cloud’s open platform approach, now with support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10, enables clients to build and scale robust capabilities for enterprise transformation.”
Intel’s Mark Skarpness remarked on enabling workloads at various scales: “Intel hardware accelerators and CPUs supported on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10 help organizations fast-track innovation.”
Scott Tease from Lenovo commented on delivering adaptable IT infrastructure: “Lenovo is delivering adaptable, open source IT infrastructure that helps customers accelerate digital transformation.”
