The North Carolina Oil and Gas Commission is scheduled to hold a meeting at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, in Raleigh. The session will take place in the Ground Floor Hearing Room of the Archdale Building at 512 N. Salisbury St.

The Oil and Gas Commission is tasked with adopting rules related to oil and gas exploration within North Carolina. It also has authority over regulating well spacing, establishing drilling areas, and limiting production associated with oil and gas exploration.
