The North Carolina Oil and Gas Commission is scheduled to meet at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, in Raleigh. The meeting will take place in the Ground Floor Hearing Room of the Archdale Building at 512 N. Salisbury St., Raleigh, NC.

The Oil and Gas Commission holds responsibility for adopting rules regarding oil and gas exploration within North Carolina.
