The North Carolina Marine Fisheries Commission Nominating Committee will convene on October 20 at 5 p.m. via webinar. The purpose of the meeting is to select candidates for the obligatory seat representing North Carolina on the Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council. Recommendations made by the committee will be presented to the Marine Fisheries Commission during its business meeting in November.

A public listening location will be available at the N.C. Division of Marine Fisheries Central District Office, located at 5285 Highway 70 West, Morehead City, NC 28557, in compliance with state open meetings law.
