As part of its strategy to enhance its online marketplace, Lowe’s has announced a partnership with Mirakl, a leader in marketplace technology. This collaboration is intended to expand the offerings available to both DIY and professional customers through Lowe’s Marketplace, which was launched in December 2024.
The partnership with Mirakl will enable Lowe’s to accelerate the growth of its e-commerce platform by allowing trusted marketplace sellers to manage their catalogs more effectively on Lowes.com. This move aims to provide customers with a wider range of options during their home improvement projects. Since the launch of its marketplace, Lowe’s has included various products from third-party sellers such as furniture, kitchen and bath items, home décor, and tools.
“Lowe’s is committed to being the world’s most customer-centric omnichannel retailer,” stated Seemantini Godbole, Lowe’s Chief Digital and Information Officer. “Our partnership with Mirakl allows Lowe’s Marketplace to offer a full complement of products to homeowners for every project around the home.”
The expanded marketplace will feature products across different price ranges while allowing entry into new product categories. Michael McCluskey, Vice President of Marketplace at Lowe’s, remarked that “Mirakl is a proven leader in online retail marketplaces” and joining forces enhances their commitment to creating a robust marketplace.
Members of MyLowe’s Rewards loyalty program can earn points on any purchase made through the marketplace. All items are available for home delivery, and returns can be made at any Lowe’s store nationwide.
Sellers on Lowe’s Marketplace include small businesses and nationally recognized brands. These sellers are carefully selected by Lowe’s to ensure they meet quality standards consistent with the company’s brand.
