Lowe’s has announced new enhancements aimed at improving the experience for small- to medium-sized professional customers. The company is expanding its Pro Extended Aisle, introducing new digital tools for quoting and spend management, and updating its MyLowe’s Pro Rewards program.

These changes are designed to help professionals manage their purchasing, project management, and administrative tasks more efficiently. Lowe’s stated that the updates will make it easier for pros to shop, source materials, and oversee their businesses whether they are in-store, online, or on job sites.

Quonta (Que) Vance, executive vice president of Pro and Home Services at Lowe’s, said: “Pros are managing tight timelines and multiple jobs at once. Our focus is on helping them get what they need quickly, quote work competitively and keep their business running smoothly. From expanded product access and deeper inventory quantities through our Pro Extended Aisle to digital tools that simplify purchasing and tracking spend, we’re building an experience that supports how Pros actually work.”

The Pro Extended Aisle now offers builders access to larger quantities of products needed for complete projects in one location. The platform includes an expanded digital catalog with real-time inventory and pricing information. Professionals can receive fast quotes for bulk orders and benefit from direct-to-jobsite delivery from participating suppliers. Lowe’s is also growing its supplier network and expanding geographic coverage.

New digital features allow users to create quotes online from job sites, track orders, review full purchase histories, generate spend reports with itemized billing by job or client, use a “Buy It Again” tool for reordering frequently purchased items, authorize purchases for crews, integrate with QuickBooks and Quicken accounting software, and utilize a digital wallet supporting multiple payment methods.

The updated MyLowe’s Pro Rewards program allows members to earn points on every qualifying dollar spent. Points can be redeemed for MyLowe’s Money or exclusive products. All members receive free shipping as well as 5 percent savings daily when using the Pro Rewards Credit Card. Members who spend $3,000 annually on paint qualify for a 20 percent discount on future paint purchases.

These enhancements reflect Lowe’s commitment to supporting small- to medium-sized professionals by streamlining procurement processes and providing value-added benefits across channels.
