Lenovo has introduced a new series of meeting room solutions at ISE 2026 in Barcelona, aiming to enhance collaboration through the integration of its ThinkSmart Core Gen 2 computing device with Huddly’s intelligent audio-video systems. The updated offerings are designed to deliver improved platform integration, unified device management via ThinkSmart Manager, and consistent user experiences across Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Room environments for various room sizes.

“Combining our technical prowess with Huddly through bundles that feature Lenovo’s ThinkSmart Core Gen 2 and ThinkSmart Manager with Huddly C1 videobar, Crew cameras, and more, Lenovo is offering customers a scalable and easy-to-run platform that transforms meeting spaces with the growing smart collaboration feature set AI enables,” said Marcus Kennedy, General Manager, Intelligent Commercial Solutions, Lenovo. “The Lenovo and Huddly bundles turn any meeting room into a smart AI-driven collaboration environment that delivers better experiences with less complexity.”

Rósa Stensen, CEO of Huddly, commented on the partnership: “We are proud to be partnering with Lenovo to provide audio and video solutions that will boost collaboration and creativity for customers worldwide. Lenovo is a global leader in computing. The powerful combination of Lenovo’s ThinkSmart Core Gen 2 and Huddly’s AI technology can turn every meeting space into an autonomously intelligent environment that delivers production-quality experiences.”

The new bundles combine the ThinkSmart Core Gen 2 device—one of the first AI-optimized compute devices built specifically for video conferencing rooms—with Huddly’s range of single-camera, multi-camera, and full-room AI systems. Powered by Intel’s Core Ultra processor with an integrated NPU, the system is designed to handle demanding workloads required for modern collaborative meetings.

The ThinkSmart Core Gen 2 features user-friendly elements such as cable management options and extended display identification data (EDID) management for improved connectivity. It is tested for continuous operation throughout the year in temperatures ranging from 5°C to 40°C and includes a quiet cooling system suitable for discreet installation behind displays.

Huddly’s camera technology leverages on-device AI to interpret room dynamics in real time. The C1 videobar automatically frames speakers or captures group interactions depending on selected modes. Additional Crew Add-On Cameras expand coverage for larger rooms by selecting optimal views based on participant activity.

Lenovo states these combined solutions are intended to provide equitable meeting experiences regardless of room size or layout while remaining straightforward to deploy.

Lenovo operates globally in over 180 markets and reported revenues of $69 billion. Ranked #196 on the Fortune Global 500 list, it offers a broad portfolio spanning devices, infrastructure solutions, software, services, and more.
