Lenovo has announced that three of its executives—Pascal Bourguet, Vice President of Sales Strategy and Channel Chief for International Markets; Wade McFarland, Vice President and North America Channel Chief; and Craig Taylor, Senior Director and Canada Channel Chief—have been recognized on the 2026 CRN Channel Chiefs list. This annual list by CRN, a brand of The Channel Company, honors leaders in IT vendor and distribution who influence channel strategy and foster innovation across the industry.

Additionally, both Bourguet and McFarland were named to CRN’s 2026 list of the 50 Most Influential Channel Chiefs. This recognition is reserved for those whose leadership has had a significant impact on the direction of the IT channel.

CRN’s recent 2026 CEO Outlook featured Lenovo Chairman and CEO Yuanqing Yang identifying Hybrid AI as a key market opportunity for Lenovo and its partners. Yang’s outlook aligns with Lenovo’s current focus on channel growth through its Lenovo 360 framework.

Bourguet has led efforts to expand Lenovo’s global partner framework over the past year. He oversaw new pathways for partners, streamlined incentive programs, increased certifications to more than 71,000 globally—with most focused on non-PC solutions—and helped scale sustainability initiatives such as Lenovo 360 Circle. Under his leadership, Lenovo expanded its managed service provider (MSP) offerings, resulting in $100 million in new pipeline opportunities.

McFarland heads North American channel strategy with an emphasis on collaboration among teams and partners. His approach contributed to increased partner certifications—over half outside traditional PC categories—and supported partner profitability despite challenging market conditions.

Taylor was recognized for his work advancing business transformation in Canada beyond PCs into infrastructure and services. He emphasized environmental, social, and governance (ESG) priorities while supporting growth through training programs and deeper engagement with Canadian partners.

“These leaders exemplify Lenovo’s commitment to building a partner-first, globally aligned channel ecosystem,” said Matt Zielinski, Executive Vice President and President of International Markets at Lenovo. “They are instrumental in ensuring our partners have the tools, clarity, and flexibility to win, both today and in the future, as we grow together across devices, infrastructure, and services.”

Lenovo reported US$69 billion in revenue last year. The company serves customers in 180 markets worldwide with a portfolio spanning devices—including PCs—the infrastructure sector such as servers and storage systems; software; solutions; and services.
