Lenovo has been recognized as an ‘Ambassador’ in the 2025 Workplace Pride Global Benchmark, maintaining its status as a leader in workplace inclusion for LGBTIQ+ employees. The company achieved a score of 87% in the benchmark, marking a 16.9% improvement from its previous year’s performance.

The ‘Ambassador’ status is given to organizations that achieve scores between 70% and 90%, indicating a consistent commitment to creating inclusive workplaces for LGBTIQ+ staff. Lenovo performed strongly across several areas, including workplace awareness, employee networks, support and benefits, and business and supplier engagement.

Calvin Crosslin, Chief Inclusion Officer at Lenovo, stated: “Employee Resource Groups are instrumental in fostering a sense of community within Lenovo; they also provide invaluable insights that drive our efforts to create an inclusive workplace for everyone. Being awarded ‘Ambassador’ status once again is a testament to the dedication and hard work of our EMEA Pride team.”

A notable area of progress was seen in data collection practices. This followed Lenovo’s implementation of Self ID options within its HR system across various markets, along with the introduction of Gender Guidelines and training programs for EMEA HR leaders and managers.

Andrea Menashe, Vice President, Global Technology Partners and Executive Sponsor for EMEA Pride at Lenovo said: “Being recognized again as an ‘Ambassador’ reflects the collective effort of our ERG and Inclusion leaders. Due to the trust and support of EMEA executives and local country management, we have successfully launched several programs that support the well-being and inclusion of our LGBTIQ+ employees.”

This recognition is part of Lenovo’s wider social impact initiatives detailed in its FY 2024/25 ESG Report. The company remains committed to global standards on inclusion as a signatory to the Declaration of Amsterdam promoting LGBTIQ+ rights at work. Additionally, Lenovo continues to appear on the Corporate Equality Index with a score this year of 95 out of 100.
