Lenovo and Sphere Entertainment Co. have announced that Lenovo’s annual global innovation event, Tech World, will be held at the Sphere in Las Vegas on the opening day of CES 2026. This marks the first time Tech World will take place at this venue and coincides with a multi-year partnership making Lenovo an Official Technology Partner of Sphere Studios.

Yuanqing Yang, Chairman and CEO of Lenovo, is scheduled to deliver a keynote address focusing on AI-driven innovation and Lenovo’s plans for future technology integration across industries such as Formula 1 and FIFA. According to Yang, “Over the past decade, Tech World has become Lenovo’s key platform to reveal our vision, showcase our innovation, and launch our most exciting products, solutions, and partnerships. Now, set against the backdrop of CES 2026, we’ll give the audience an exclusive look at how our technology has revolutionized F1, unveil our plans for the first-ever AI-powered FIFA World Cup next summer, and create a hyper-personalized agent-native experience for individuals while unleashing Lenovo Hybrid AI Advantage for enterprise customers. Sphere is the perfect match for Lenovo in Las Vegas, where we will celebrate and share our commitment to delivering smarter AI for all by constantly redefining how technology can engage, inspire, and empower.”

Jennifer Koester, President and COO of Sphere, said: “As a venue at the forefront of innovation, Sphere is a powerful platform for visionary brands looking to create transformative events and experiences. We are honored to collaborate with Lenovo not only to help bring their vision to life during this CES Keynote, but also as part of our broader partnership that will leverage Lenovo technology to deliver immersive experiences across all Sphere events.”

Gary Shapiro, CEO and Vice Chair of CTA added: “We’re thrilled to welcome Lenovo and Yuanqing Yang to the CES keynote stage. CES is where innovators show up, and I look forward to seeing his vision for the technology solving big global challenges come to life at the incredible Sphere.”

The event will feature content created exclusively for Lenovo by Sphere Studios using immersive production techniques. As part of their collaboration beyond Tech World @ CES 2026, Lenovo’s high-performance workstations and infrastructure platforms are being integrated into Sphere Studios’ workflows.

Tech World @ CES will include presentations from tech leaders as well as demonstrations showing how Lenovo’s technologies are being used in sports like Formula 1 racing and upcoming FIFA tournaments. The company plans further announcements about speakers later in 2025.

Lenovo’s involvement extends beyond showcasing its products; its own technologies support both content creation and event production at Sphere Studios. The company states that its platforms help enable immersive content experiences through direct integration into studio operations.

The keynote is scheduled for January 6th at 17:00 PT during CES 2026 in Las Vegas. Attendance details will be provided in October.

Lenovo reports annual revenues of $69 billion USD and operates in over 180 markets worldwide. The company remains focused on developing AI-enabled devices along with software-defined infrastructure solutions as part of its broader strategy (https://www.lenovo.com).
