JETSET Pilates will open a new studio at Horseshoe at Hub RTP in Durham, North Carolina, with an expected launch in spring 2026. The studio will be located at 3150 Elion Dr., occupying ground-floor retail space adjacent to the Horseshoe parking deck.

The fitness brand is known for its reformer-based Pilates classes that focus on strength, endurance, flexibility and low-impact movement. The classes are designed for all fitness levels and last 50 minutes.

Dewayne Washington II, franchise owner of JETSET Pilates RTP, said, “We’re excited to introduce JETSET Pilates to the RTP community and to be part of the energy at Horseshoe. This area brings together innovation, culture and an active lifestyle, making it the perfect home for our studio. We’re looking forward to building a strong, welcoming community and offering an elevated fitness experience to this part of the Triangle.”

Carolyn Coia, vice president of real estate for the Research Triangle Foundation of North Carolina, stated, “JETSET Pilates is a natural fit for Horseshoe. As we build a more active, mixed-use destination, this boutique fitness studio supports our focus on everyday wellness by giving the RTP workforce, nearby residents and visitors a convenient way to prioritize fitness before, during or after the workday. It adds a high-quality wellness experience that complements our retail, dining and public spaces.”

Chase Morten from The Keith Corporation represented JETSET Pilates in securing the lease agreement. Tiffany Barrier and Charlie Coyne with CBRE represented Horseshoe in the transaction.

Founding membership opportunities will become available in February ahead of the opening date. More information can be found on https://jetsetpilates.com/nc/research-triangle-park/.

Horseshoe at Hub RTP continues to expand its offerings; Di Fara Pizza Tavern, High Horse and Prime STQ are also scheduled to open there in 2026. Genesys will occupy fifth-floor office space within Horseshoe. Existing tenants include Cheeni, DRIFT and Nanny Goat.

Developed by White Point with support from the Research Triangle Foundation of North Carolina, Horseshoe serves as a central gathering point within Hub RTP—a 100-acre mixed-use district featuring office space along with retail outlets and recreational amenities intended to foster business activity and community engagement (https://horseshoeatthehub.com).

Hub RTP functions as downtown Research Triangle Park—North America’s largest research park—with plans for up to one million square feet of office and lab space as well as residential units and restaurant/retail options designed for work-life integration (https://hub.rtp.org).
