Honeywell has announced the appointment of Stephen Williamson to its Board of Directors, effective April 1, 2025. Williamson will serve as an independent Director and Audit Committee member.
Williamson is currently the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., a role he has held since August 2015. He oversees finance, tax, mergers and acquisitions, treasury, and global business services for the company. Since joining Thermo Fisher Scientific in July 2001, Williamson has held several leadership positions in finance, including Vice President of Financial Operations and Vice President of European Financial Operations.
Before his time at Thermo Fisher Scientific, Williamson worked at Honeywell in various finance roles such as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Asia Pacific and other corporate development and operational finance positions. He began his career with Price Waterhouse in transaction support and audit.

Williamson holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from the University of Wales. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.
