Honeywell announced on April 1 that it will hold investor days in June ahead of the planned separation of its aerospace business, which is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2026.

The upcoming events are significant as they mark a key step toward Honeywell Aerospace becoming an independent company. The separation is anticipated to allow both Honeywell and its aerospace segment to focus more closely on their respective business strategies.

According to the company, Honeywell Aerospace will trade on Nasdaq under the ticker “HONA” and will host its inaugural investor conference in Phoenix, Arizona, on Wednesday, June 3, 2026. A separate live video webcast for Honeywell’s automation business is scheduled for Thursday, June 11, 2026, in New York City. Both conferences will include presentations and question-and-answer sessions with management teams. Additional details about these events are expected closer to their dates.

The real-time webcasts can be accessed at http://www.honeywell.com/investor. Presentation materials will be posted after each event and replays of the webcasts will remain available for thirty days following the presentations.

Honeywell describes itself as an integrated operating company serving a wide range of industries globally. Its portfolio includes solutions for aerospace, building automation, industrial automation, process automation, and process technology.
