Honeywell announced that Marc Steinberg, a Partner at Elliott Investment Management, L.P., has been elected to its Board of Directors as an independent Director and Audit Committee member. The appointment will be effective May 31, 2025.
Steinberg brings experience from his current role at Elliott, where he is responsible for public and private equity investments across various industries, including the industrials sector. Before joining Elliott in 2015, Steinberg worked at Centerview Partners investment bank. His background includes work in capital markets, corporate finance, investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, and capital allocation.

In addition to his new role at Honeywell’s board, Steinberg currently serves on other boards such as Etsy Inc., Pinterest Inc., Syneos Health (private), and Nielsen Holdings plc (private). He graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College.
