Hoffman & Associates has been chosen as the master developer for the Triangle Mobility Hub, a 19-acre mixed-use project in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. This initiative is a partnership with GoTriangle and the Research Triangle Foundation of North Carolina. The project aims to boost connectivity and sustainability in the region.

The Triangle Mobility Hub will feature a multi-modal transit center, connecting bus services, bike and pedestrian pathways, and future bus and rail connections. The development will include residential, commercial, office, and retail spaces, creating a dynamic community. Maria Thompson, President of Hoffman & Associates, expressed excitement about the project, saying it builds on their experience in the Triangle with developments like RUS Bus and Seaboard Station.

Byron Smith, Acting President and CEO of GoTriangle, emphasized the project’s role as a new headquarters and a hub for transport, commerce, and culture. Travis Crayton of the Research Triangle Foundation noted the significance of the project for connecting residents to jobs, healthcare, and more, enhancing regional quality of life.

Hoffman & Associates has a strong presence in the Triangle region, with ongoing projects such as the redevelopment of Union West in Raleigh. The firm is known for sustainable developments that prioritize access and community engagement.

The development team includes several partners working alongside Hoffman & Associates to ensure the project’s success.
