Duke Energy has announced its annual shareholders meeting will be conducted online on May 1 at 1 p.m. Eastern Time. Shareholders will have the opportunity to participate in the session, vote on various proposals, and submit their questions. Questions posed by shareholders will receive answers either during the meeting or afterward via a web posting.

Harry Sideris, President and CEO of Duke Energy, will present an overview of the company’s performance in 2024 and discuss ongoing efforts to modernize energy systems to meet increasing demand while sustaining value for stakeholders.
