Apple has announced the expansion of its retail operations into Saudi Arabia with the launch of the Apple Store online and the Apple Store app. This move introduces support directly from Apple in Arabic for the first time, allowing customers in Saudi Arabia to access Apple’s full range of products with direct service from Apple team members.
Deirdre O’Brien, Apple’s senior vice president of Retail and People, expressed enthusiasm about this development. “We are thrilled to bring the Apple Store online and the Apple Store app to Saudi Arabia, offering customers a new way to explore and shop Apple’s extraordinary lineup of products and services,” she said. “Our customers in Saudi Arabia are passionate about the things they can do with technology, and our teams can’t wait to connect with customers and help them discover how Apple innovations can meaningfully enrich their daily lives.”
The new online store offers a personalized shopping experience through both the website and app. Customers can compare different models, track orders, personalize devices such as AirPods or an Apple Watch case with engraving available in both Arabic and English, and even trade in old devices for credit toward new purchases.
In addition to shopping options, Apple provides personalized support via chat or phone. The store also offers a Buy Now Pay Later option through Tamara at zero percent interest over four months.
AppleCare+ is available for priority service on iPhone, Mac, iPad, and Apple Watch. Additionally, students and educators can benefit from special pricing through the Apple Education Store until September 30.
Plans have been revealed for opening several flagship stores starting in 2026. One notable location will be an iconic retail store planned for Diriyah, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
