Required qualifications include experience with WiFi/mesh networking platforms, firewall configurations, and mobile device support, along with strong communication skills in English and at least one other language. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with Zendesk CRM, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to improving customer experience.
